Booking
To check the availability
of required dates we recommend that you telephone us and provisionally book your holiday (see below). On receipt of the
appropriate deposit (within 7 days), the booking will be confirmed. A receipt
will be sent to you with a note advising you of the due date for the balance
which will be 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Should you book 8
weeks or less from the date of your holiday the full payment will be due
immediately.
A booking
that is agreed verbally for an available date is termed a ‘provisional booking’,
this will be held for five days until the deposit is received. Once a
provisional booking has been taken the Hirer needs to complete a booking form
and return it with a £50 deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is NON
REFUNDABLE. If the deposit is not received after five days the booking will be
deemed as cancelled.

Cancellation
If you
have to cancel your holiday you must do so in writing and send it by recorded
delivery. The date of cancellation is the day that written notification is
received. in the event of cancellation a sliding scale applies:
If you
cancel more than 42 days (six weeks) before the start date the deposit is
forfeit. If you cancel within 42 days of the holiday start date you will be liable for the following
percentages of the total holiday cost (excluding deposit)
If you cancel 42 - 21 days
before the holiday start date: 50%
If you cancel 20 - 14 days before the holiday start date: 60%
If you cancel 13 days - date of arrival: 100%
Conditions of hire

We are unable to accept bookings
from single sex groups or groups under 21.
Please note that this is the
policy of the site and not ourselves.

The hirer is responsible
for all members of their party.

Park rules are displayed on
the park. Please make sure that you and your party complies with these.

There is parking for your
car beside the caravan but please use the hard standing areas on site in the
event of very wet weather to avoid damaging the ground. All vehicles are
left at their owner's risk.

Please vacate the caravan by 10.00am on departure day and leave it in a clean & tidy
condition.

The keys will be available at 2.00pm on arrival day.

Quilts and pillows are
supplied but please remember to take sufficient bed linen for all beds to be
used. Linen can be hired from me for £20 per week if booked prior to
holiday.

Should the caravan become unavailable due to
circumstances beyond our control a refund of all money received will be given.

As we do not own the park we do cannot take any
responsibility for any alteration to the facilities listed.

It is recommended that you purchase some form of holiday
insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal
money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc.
This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.
Sorry but smoking is not allowed in the
caravan; pets by arrangement only. |
